About the BreedMeet our mini silky goats
If you know them as “mini silky goats,” you’re in the right place. Our Mini Silky Fainting Goats are part of the Endless Possibilities Farm family. Their long-haired appearance, individual personalities, and everyday antics are a big part of what we love sharing.
Look through our farm photos and you’ll see both life at home and moments with visitors. Every goat has its own personality. The animals pictured on the website show past experiences; the goats available for a particular visit are confirmed when we discuss your plans.
What are mini silky goats?
Mini silky goats is a common name for Miniature Silky Fainting Goats. Their distinctive long-haired appearance is central to the breed’s identity. The Miniature Silky Fainting Goat Association describes its breeding goals through a visual standard; coat and overall appearance matter, and fainting itself is not a requirement.
For an illustrated explanation, explore the MSFGA’s official visual standard. Here at Endless Possibilities Farm, our photos offer a closer look at the goats behind our visits and show-ring memories.
What does “miniature” mean?
Miniature describes the breed’s size, not a promise that a goat will stay a baby. The Miniature Silky Fainting Goat Association’s show standard sets maximum heights of 25 inches for bucks and 23.5 inches for does at the withers. Visit the official Miniature Silky Fainting Goat Association (MSFGA) registry for breed standards, registration information, and show resources.

Our Mini Silky Fainting Goat breeding program in New Jersey
At Endless Possibilities Farm in Monroe Township, we are selective about the quality and pedigree of the Mini Silky Fainting Goats we raise. Our goal is to further breed beautiful, healthy mini silky goats while learning from each generation of our herd. We are proud members of the Miniature Silky Fainting Goat Association.
Pedigree is part of the conversation when choosing a goat. Ask Dawn about an individual goat’s parentage, registration details and breeding history. We can discuss the information available for that animal rather than treating every goat in our herd as a breeding or sale prospect.
Explore our About the Breed page for breed history, coat characteristics and registry standards, or meet our Mini Silky Fainting Goat herd to put faces to the names.
Meet our show-winning Mini Silky Fainting Goats
Goat shows are part of our farm’s story. They give us a chance to share our goats, meet other enthusiasts and keep learning. Our herd includes:
- Mamie: Master Champion and two-time Best in Show.
- Maybeleen: two Grand Champion awards and one Reserve Champion award.
- Finnick and Kenny: our wethers, both with multiple Best in Show wins.
Our bucks are Fabio and Cassanova. Our does include Mamie, Maybeleen, Iris, Tinkerbell, Noelle, Truffles, Sabrina and Princess. Visit Meet the Animals for their individual profiles and farm photos. Show accomplishments are part of our herd’s history; contact Dawn for details about a specific goat.
Thinking about keeping mini silky goats?
Start with the daily routine as well as the breed’s appearance. Before bringing goats home, plan suitable fencing, dry shelter with good ventilation, feed and water, and ongoing care. Discuss companionship, handling, hoof care, and a coat-care routine with the breeder, and identify a veterinarian who works with goats.
Ask what grooming each goat is accustomed to and how its long coat is maintained. A goat’s age, individual temperament, and handling history are useful things to discuss when deciding whether it fits your household and experience.
For general planning, Penn State Extension provides goat housing and management resources.
Ask about Mini Silky Fainting Goats for sale in NJ
Contact Dawn to discuss current availability and breeding plans. Include whether you are looking for companion goats, an animal to show, or a breeding prospect, along with your experience keeping goats and your planned housing. Ask about the individual goat’s age, temperament, pedigree, registration paperwork, price and pickup arrangements.
Our herd photos introduce the animals who live here; they are not a current sales list. Availability is confirmed individually, and an inquiry does not reserve an animal. For more herd and breeding information, explore NJ Mini Silky Goats by Endless Possibilities Farm.
For goat grams, parties and community events, see our goat grams and traveling goat visits. These experiences are separate from goat purchase inquiries.
